The film serves as an origin story for the character, while also being a reboot and the third installment in the G.I. Joe film series. It is directed by Robert Schwentke from a screenplay by Evan Spiliotopoulos, Joe Shrapnel, and Anna Waterhouse. The film stars Henry Golding as Snake Eyes, a man who is invited to join a ninja clan while searching for his father's murderer to enact vengeance. Andrew Koji, Úrsula Corberó, Samara Weaving, and Iko Uwais also star in supporting roles.

I love 60fps, but when I play on my laptop, sometimes, the moving animations shows visual glitches.

This type of blurry, wavy glitch happens most of the time when there is motion in video and is noticeable around the edges of the moving object.
Is there a way to fix it? or its my laptop hardware not able to play 60fps. My laptop have i5 7200U, nVidia 940MX.

Yes. It's because the movie doesn't shoot in 60fps. Or, Doesn't released in Good bitrate. So, whenever the fast movement comes the ai can't create 2x frames without glitches. It's normal. Ask every 60fps lover. But After bluray comes of this movie with good bitrate, we will release another 60fps with less glitches.
Using VPN logout from gdtot site then sign in gdtot site with same Google account....then the problem fixed.......
