How to play Dolby Vision on any windows device?

1. MPV player for windows
(Download from official site of MPV )

Then paste the following code on the mpv.config file.

#DV colour correction
vo = gpu-next
hwdec=auto-copy
hwdec-codecs=all
tone-mapping=bt.2390
tone-mapping-param=default
tone-mapping-mode=rgb
gamut-mapping-mode=clip
hdr-compute-peak=auto

How to play Dolby Vision on any Android Device?

Requirements:

1. MPV android APK from vulkan support github.
(Note that the playstore version doesn't work)

Steps:

1. Download the apk file from the link above. Then install it. (Make sure the previously installed mpv is uninstalled before installing the above one)
2. Go to mpv settings>advanced and add the following code to mpv.config:

gpu-context=android
gpu-api=opengl 
--hwdec=d3d11va 
vo=gpu-next 
save-position-on-quit
