Synopsis

Raid is a 2018 Indian Hindi-language crime thriller film directed by Raj Kumar Gupta starring Ajay Devgn, Saurabh Shukla and Ileana D'Cruz. Raid is based on the real life income-tax raid conducted by the officers of Income Tax Department on Sardar Inder Singh in the 1980s, which distinguished itself from others for being the longest raid in Indian history. Raid was released theatrically in India on 16 March 2018 and became a critical and commercial success at the Box office. A sequel, Raid 2 was released in 2025.
